  1. Run 150K in 30 Days
    Your first and last run must be within 30 days of each other. Total distance must add up to at least 150 km. Running only — no cycling or fast sports.
  2. Log Your Proof
    Every run must be posted in the HLTHY Run Crew Strava group and after each run you must post and tag @teamhlthy on social media while wearing your HLTHY vest.
  3. Claim Your Reward
    Submit proof at the bottom of this page within 45 days of your order and we will send you a complete refund on your order if you successfully completed the challenge!

The Rules

  • We will allow you up to 37 days after placing the order to complete the challenge. This allows up to 7 days for your order to arrive. 
  • First and last run must be within a 30-day window
  • Total distance must equal or exceed 150 km.
  • Only running counts, treadmill or outdoors is fine. But no cycling or any other movement sport.
  • Every run must be shared on Strava
  • You must post a photo and tag on social media after each run.
  • You can do as many runs as you like, from 1-a-day to 1-a-week, it's completely up to you. But each run must be logged on Strava + Tagged on social media.
  • Final submission required via our form at the bottom of this page within 45 days of order.
  • HLTHY reserves the right to verify authenticity.

Forget to log the run or tag us? Doesn't count.

This challenge more than running miles. It's about building consistency and discipline.

If it’s not logged, it doesn’t count. Keep it tight - accountability is the whole point.

We allow you 37 days from the order placed to complete the challenge, that way we allow 7 days for the order to arrive which is plenty of time.

Yes. Every run must be posted in the HLTHY Strava group and tagged on your social media while wearing your HLTHY vest. This is how we verify consistency and build the community. If a run isn’t tagged, it won’t count toward your 150 km total.

Yes — as long as your runs add up to 150 km within 30 days!

Then you don’t receive the credit. But hey, you’ll still have racked up serious mileage and progress.

Yes, treadmill runs count — but they must still be logged on Strava and tagged on social media with your HLTHY vest visible.

Use the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please make sure to include your STRAVA account username, and you social media username so that we can check the proof of the runs, and proof of the social media tagging.

Your account must be public in order to prove that you tagged us in each run.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Any HLTHY product. Credit is valid for 6 months.

No. Runs must be tagged in Strava and posted on social media as they happen. Retroactive bulk uploads don’t count.

No. You must tag HLTHY on each run individually. That’s part of the accountability.

Manual entries do not count. All runs must be GPS-tracked or treadmill-synced to Strava

Yes — as long as the combined distance for the day adds to at least 5K, and each activity is logged on strata and tagged on social media

Yes. Every run you post to social must show you wearing your HLTHY vest. It’s both proof and part of the challenge.

We are afraid that in order to prove you have completed this challenge we will require you account to be public.

You don’t qualify for the refund — but you still keep the vest and whatever progress you’ve made
