The AEROSKIN vest has a total of 4 Litres of Storage: A Large 2 Litre compartment for large items like jackets, a hidden compartment specifically designed for a 2 Litre Hydration Bladder, and 2 front pockets on the chest panels designed to hold a 500ml bottle in each one. On top of that you also have a zipped pocket on the front for valuables, and 2 easy access pockets for snacks and gels so you can stay fueled without breaking stride
